Studio Policies
Annual Registration
There is a non-refundable Registration Fee of $35 per student.
Tuition
Tuition prices depend on the discipline(s) that you are enrolling your child in. For enrollment of multiple disciplines, please speak to Administration directly in regards to setting up your custom package.
All parents/guardians will receive the invoices in advance as a notice of payment. A late fee of $15 will be charged 10 days after the payment due date. Unfortunately, if payments are not made within a decent amount of time, the child will not be able to attend class. If at the end of the year you still have an outstanding balance, you must reconcile your payment before registering for the following year.
Missed Class/Excused Absences
Tuition is due even when students miss classes. We will not refund or Pro-rate tuition for missed class(es). Students are only excused from classes if they are ill and Provide a Doctor’s note upon return. In case of inclement weather classes will be cancelled and tuition will be adjusted. PLEASE NOTE: family vacations, weddings, baby showers, birthday parties and etc... ARE NOT EXCUSED ABSENCES. Tuition must still be paid.
Tardiness
As a courtesy to the Instructor and class, please wait outside the door until the music stops and then enter quietly. We understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable for all of us. However, being more than 10 minutes late may mean being asked to observe rather than take class. (Refunds will not be given). This is not a Disciplinary Measure but rather done with the students best interests in mind: Especially where the higher level classes are concerned.
Etiquette
No chewing gum, food or drinks are allowed in the classroom at any time (water is allowed). Cell phones are to be turned off or set to silent during class. Dance students must remove all jewelry. Misconduct is not tolerated at all and could be grounds for withdrawal. Parents should not interrupt class to talk to instructors. If you wish to talk to the instructor, a meeting will be arranged.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw from any or all classes at any time by submitting a withdrawal form to Administration no later than the 1st of the month. You can ask the Director for a withdrawal form. If form is not received by the 1st of the month, you are obligated to continue paying tuition and late fees until form is turned in. WE DO NOT REFUND TUITION PAYMENTS
Dress Code
Part of the Discipline of Dance is coming to class prepared and in the proper attire. We believe our dress code improves the quality of our student’s education. By making the student wear uniforms we can clearly see student’s bodies and therefore make accurate corrections regarding movements and positions. The dress code for Ephesians Dance will be strictly enforced.
Photo Release
Ephesians 3:20 Dance may use photographs of my child with or without their name for marketing and advertising purposes.
